Why are you interested in pediatric pharmacy?

The pediatric population is a very interesting and complex group when it comes to healthcare and pharmacy. I like working on pediatric cases because they challenge me to think outside the box. Also, children are resilient and there is a lot of hope in pediatric care, which is inspiring.

I like to bake, cook, try new restaurants/cafes around Seattle, kayak on Lake Sammamish, meditate, and watch comedy movies/TV shows!

Why are you interested in pediatric pharmacy?

Pediatric pharmacy interests me because of the novel challenges that working with kids comes with. They're infinitely curious and you realize you don't have the answers to the things you once thought you knew. It's a humbling experience as it forces me to step back and look at issues in an unadulterated light.

I enjoy drawing and gaming. I'm also an aspiring photographer who's trying to find any excuse to take photos of anything and get better at his craft. Oh, and finding new food spots. Food is pretty cool y' know?

Why are you interested in pediatric pharmacy?

I have always enjoyed working with children from babysitting and church camps. I studied human development in undergrad and I enjoyed learning about how kids seek to make sense of the physical and social world. It is such a blessing to see kids grow in curiosity and learn about the worlds around them. I am interested in pediatric pharmacy because I will be able to combine my interest in pharmacy with my interest in working with kids to encourage them to live more healthy lives.

Disney movies, carpool karaoke, ukulele, baking cookies, hiking, trying new boba spots, easy houseplants.

Why are you interested in pediatric pharmacy?

I'm interested in pediatric pharmacy because I find it rewarding to work with the pediatric population. It can be uniquely challenging, but I'm always up for a challenge and serving this vulnerable population.

Hobbies/Interests!

I love gardening. I love planting vegetables and fruits. Caring for them and watching them grow is satisfying. As a bonus you get to eat the product of your hard work. I enjoy gaming whether it's on the PC, PS4, or Switch. It's a way for me to relax and escape from reality for a little bit.

Why are you interested in pediatric pharmacy?

I have always enjoyed being around kids and working with them. Growing up as one of the oldest kids of my family friends, I would always care for the younger ones. I push them to strive to be a better version of themselves and to think beyond the boundaries. What brings me joy is their playfulness and intellectual thinking that differs from the adults. Pediatric pharmacy would allow me to help educate the children on how to care for themselves so that they can have a bright future.

I enjoy doing various arts and crafts, all sorts of puzzles, hiking, watching kdrama, and eating different cuisines.

Why are you interested in pediatric pharmacy?

I currently work in a pharmacy in which a large proportion of our patients are infants and children. That being said, I've had numerous interactions of parents expressing concern for their child's medications and symptoms, and just wondering if their child will be okay. This experience truly opened my eyes to the opportunity and the role that pharmacists have in a child's health and well-being. I'm very eager to step into the world of pediatrics through PediaPups to advocate for pediatric welfare, while learning more about this field of pharmacy.

My all-time favorite hobby is exploring/eating foods from new restaurants! I also love to cook, watch Netflix, listen to EDM, and sleep. I've also recently gotten into planting during quarantine.

Why are you interested in pediatric pharmacy?

I am interested in pediatrics because I think it is the most rewarding and challenging career warped into one. I love talking to kids and learning their perspective on random things because they always have a more creative understanding than adults! I also chose this career because of the complexity of pediatrics and how it’s not only the specific disease we are treating.
